GBio2 has established a partnership with the CER - Specialized Center for Rehabilitation - in Diamantina since 2018. This partnership has allowed the development of two undergraduate final projects and a supervised internship. Currently, it continues with new developments in several areas at the Orthopedical Rehabilitation Division.
January, 2020
Researchers from GBio2 and the René Rachou Institute - Fiocruz Minas, are developing research projects to study and to develop microfluidics devices and equipments. The partnertship generates several results as the incorporation of two professionals from UFVJM to the team of the center.

Bárbara Emanuela Souza, partner of GBio2 from the University of Oxford, offered a lecture the 02nd of October in the institute of Science and Technology of UFVJM, entitled "Elucidating the drug release from metal-organic framework nanocomposites via in situ synchrotron microspectroscopy and theoretical modelling ".

The project "Study of the natural products extraction for incorporation in Biomaterials" was granted by the Brazilian funding agency, FAPEMIG, and will be coordinated by Prof. João Silveira form the GBio2.

Project entitled "Use of 3D printing for the fabrication of lab on a chip devices for studying biological processes - APQ 03118-18" will be granted by the Brazilian agency FAPEMIG with the coordination of Prof. Libardo Torres from the GBio2.
